An all-new episode of TV One’s Sins of the City will tell the true crime story of the infamous D.C. Sniper case.

This week the docuseries revisits the terror caused by the attacks in the Washington, D.C. area nearly 20 years ago. With input from investigators, community leaders, family members, and survivors, the series offers insight into the crimes.

In a preview video, survivor Iran Brown (then age 13) recounts the horrifying ordeal of getting shot during the rampage.

“I fell back, like the movies, where you just see blood just gushing out and pouring all over the place,” Brown says. “I had to learn how to walk again, I had to learn how to talk again.”
