‘Access Hollywood’ Signs Zuri Hall as Entertainment Correspondent

Zuri Hall is joining Access Hollywood as a correspondent, the nationally syndicated entertainment news program announced Wednesday. She will additionally serve as a co-host on new companion show, All Access, alongside Mario Lopez, Kit Hoover and Scott Evans.

Hall spent the past four years as a correspondent on E! News. She created, hosted and co-produced What’s Good with Zuri Hall, an E! News original series that explored pop culture topics and diversity in Hollywood. She can also be seen as the sideline reporter on NBC competition series, American Ninja Warrior.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have someone with Zuri’s experience in the entertainment world joining the Access’ team,” said Maureen FitzPatrick, senior executive producer of All Access, Access Hollywood and Access Daily. “Additionally, given her news background, she is the perfect choice to report on our compelling true-crime segments.”

Originally from Ohio, Hall is an Emmy Award-winning journalist. She got her start in local television news, having worked at WISH-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana; WDTN-TV in Dayton, Ohio; and KDAF-TV in Dallas. She also spent two seasons as an in-game arena host for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers.

Access Hollywood just kicked off its 24th season. The daily, half-hour show tapes in Universal City, Calif.
