Longtime Basketball Wives star Tami Roman says she’s moving on from the VH1 reality series after nine years.

While recording a music video for her hip-hop alter ego Tatiana Trill, Roman said on Wednesday night’s episode she’s changed and wants to remove herself from the drama.

“Tatiana Trill sparked this fire in me to make me know for a fact that being with this group of ladies is not where I need to be,” she said.

After admitting she played a role in some of the most outrageous on-camera antics, Roman said she’s working on being a better person.

“I want to do better because I know to do better,” she explained. “It’s been nine years. It’s been a good run.”

“Is this the end of Basketball Wives for Tami? Yeah. Yeah, it is,” she added.

Roman first appeared on the series when it was set in Miami, and later joined the spinoff Basketball Wives LA, which was rebranded as Basketball Wives.

The 49-year-old reality star has been absent from many of the episodes this season, and decided against going on several road trips with the ladies — which fans know always end in drama.

Earlier this week, a report surfaced saying Roman was absent from the reunion episode as well.

The Monday report in The Jasmine Brand, said Roman and CeCe Gutierrez opted not to attend the taping, which took place over the weekend. The website said sources reported Ogom “OG” Chijindu was forced to film in a separate room from the rest of the cast because of tension.

Tami addressed the report in a since-deleted Instagram post.

“I wish everyone well and move on in peace,” she wrote, along with the hashtags #ThatGotOutFast #AudienceBeOnIt #NowWhatHappenedWithOG #Yikes.

Roman has a popular digital series Bonnet Chronicles, and has seen her acting career take off in recent months. Deadline recently reported she’s joining Hulu’s The Ms. Pat Show as a series regular.

Basketball Wives airs Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on VH1.
