The 2019 BET Awards have a host — Regina Hall.

BET made the announcement Wednesday, saying the actress and comedian will host the 19th annual broadcast of the awards show.

Fans know Hall for her roles in Little, Girls Trip, The Hate U Give and as Brenda in the Scary Movie films.

She also has a role in Showtime’s Black Monday and will next be seen in the latest installment of Shaft.

Hall is a frequent presenter at the BET Awards, but this will be her first time hosting. She joins the ranks of previous hosts Jamie Foxx, Chris Tucker, Leslie Jones, Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, Chris Rock and Mo’Nique.
