Iyanla: Fix My Life will update some of the series’ most dramatic fixes when it returns this month on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network, the network said in a press release.

The May 4 episode titled “Where Are They Now? Fix My R&B Family” will include additional details and bonus scenes from a previous installment featuring Grammy-nominated R&B singer Syleena Johnson.

Johnson will work with life coach Iyanla Vanzant to mend her relationship with her mother Brenda, who the singer-songwriter said bullied her and called her names like “bi-ch” and “hoe” when she was growing up.

Vanzant will also work with Johnson’s sisters and father to “heal past hurt.”
