Calls for Fox News to part ways with conservative host Laura Ingraham, for seemingly mocking slain rapper Nipsey Hussle, are growing louder.

Several petitions have popped up around the internet urging Fox to fire Ingraham, including one that has more than 48,000 signatures.

The petition says “Laura made disrespectful and unprofessional comments” about Hussle, and should be “terminated from Fox.”

The controversy started on Friday, April 12, when the Fox News personality smirked and made sarcastic comments on The Ingraham Angle, while discussing Hussle’s memorial service in Los Angeles the previous day.

“Yesterday in L.A., thousands lined the streets to say goodbye to rapper Nipsey Hussle,” she said.

“Now this dear artist recently released a song called ‘FDT’ – F Donald Trump,” she added with sarcasm.

In addition to joking about Hussle, she wrongly attributed the song “FDT” to him. While Hussle appears on the track, it was released by YG in 2016.

Ingraham’s comments about Hussle, who was fatally shot in South Los Angeles on March 31, sparked outrage.

She was criticized by The Game, T.I., Snoop Dogg and Tank, who shared a link to the viral petition calling for her firing. On Thursday, Justin Bieber joined the calls for Fox to oust Ingraham.

“Laura Ingraham absolutely disgusting what you did on national television,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “It’s absurd and you should be fired period.

Ingraham has previously made headlines for mocking Parkland, Fla., high school shooting survivor David Hogg for not being accepted to several universities.

She also said NBA stars LeBron James and Kevin Durant should “shut up and dribble,” and not comment on politics.

Tonight she was back on the air, this time bashing Democrats for their reaction to the redacted Mueller report.
