Members of the hip-hop community are urging their fans and social media followers to boycott Fox News after on-air personality Laura Ingraham mocked slain rapper Nipsey Hussle.

On Friday’s episode of The Ingraham Angle, the right-leaning host smirked and referred to the wrong rapper while discussing Hussle.

“Yesterday in L.A., thousands lined the streets to say goodbye to rapper Nipsey Hussle,” Ingraham said about the gathering a day earlier at Staples Center in Los Angeles honoring Hussle, and the funeral procession that followed.

“Now this dear artist recently released a song called ‘FDT’ – F Donald Trump,” she added with sarcasm.

Ingraham apparently isn’t up on the Southern California hip-hop scene because she mixed up Hussle with Compton rapper YG, who released FDT back in 2016. Yes, Hussle is featured on the track, but he didn’t release it. Plus Ingraham showed YG in the music video while referring to Hussle.

“Now that’s a very creative refrain,” she joked about the song, which repeats the phrase “f–k Donald Trump.”

“Very catchy,” added Fox contributor and author Raymond Arroyo. Ingraham then complained that the hook on the track “goes on and on.”

Clips of Ingraham joking about Hussle went viral Sunday, causing anger among friends and fans of the late rapper, activist and entrepreneur.

T.I., who’s been honoring Hussle on social media since the Grammy-nominated rapper’s death on March 31, took to Instagram Sunday night to blast Ingraham and Arroyo.

“This is Disgusting! You both are vile despicable, poor excuses for people,” he wrote next to a clip of the pair’s comments.

“Karma is constant & the laws of reciprocity ARE IN ORDER!!!! Neither of you WILL EVER know or experience the level of love, appreciation and respect that Nip has… EVEN IN DEATH!!!” he added.

The Game was just as angry, and called for a boycott of Fox’s sponsors until the cable news network fires Ingraham.

“So lemme tell you what’s going to happen here… Fox News fires this disrespectful c–t by tomorrow, Monday morning or you will lose millions of viewers one person at a time until it drastically effects [sic] your ratings, views etc… if our demographic doesn’t effect that we will STOP support of ALL SPONSORS immediately !!!” he wrote on Instagram.

He added, “I’m asking all of my followers, fans, friends & family to spread this video with demands of #LauraIngrahams termination immediately!!!!!”

Snoop Dogg responded to the post by writing, “I’m in.”

This isn’t the first time Ingraham has courted controversy.

In February 2018, she said NBA stars LeBron James and Kevin Durant should “shut up and dribble,” and not comment on politics after the two criticized President Trump.

“Millions elected Trump to be their coach,” she said at the time. “So keep the political commentary to yourself or, as someone once said, shut up and dribble.”

James was inspired by her comments, and launched a three-part Showtime documentary series titled Shut Up and Dribble about the evolving role NBA stars play in the current political and cultural climates.
