News of the 38-year-old entertainer’s gig on Wendy comes 12 days after Wendy Williams’ family revealed she’s taking time off from the show to treat her Graves disease diagnosis.

“Wendy will be under the strict supervision of her physicians, and as part of her care, there will be significant time spent in the hospital,” the statement uploaded to Twitter read. “Despite her strong desire to return, she is taking a necessary, extended break from her show to focus on her personal and physical well-being.”

Additionally, Williams is reportedly considering a relocation from her home in New Jersey to Manhattan where Wendy is taped.

“There’s been talk of her moving for her health and life to improve,” a source told Us Weekly on Wednesday.

Wendy airs weekdays on Fox-owned stations.
