Kevin Spacey took to the internet Monday to share a bizarre video as news broke that he’s facing a felony charge for an assault allegation involving an 18-year-old boy.

Spacey posted the YouTube clip titled “Let Me Be Frank” to his verified Twitter account. It showed him essentially defending himself during a House of Cards-inspired monologue as his former character Frank Underwood.

The two-time Oscar winner appeared to criticize the #MeToo movement, and hinted at a possible comeback, while standing at a kitchen sink next to a roasted turkey.

“I know what you want,” Spacey began. “Oh sure, they may have tried to separate us, but what we have is too strong, too powerful. After all, we shared everything, you and I. I told you my deepest, darkest secrets. I showed you exactly what people are capable of. I shocked you with my honesty, but mostly I challenged you and made you think. And you trusted me, even though you knew you shouldn’t. So we’re not done, no matter what anyone says. And besides, I know what you want. You want me back.”

The video was posted minutes after The Boston Globe reported that he’ll face a criminal charge of indecent assault and battery for an alleged assault in July 2016.

According to The Globe, the incident involved the teenage son of former Boston TV news anchor Heather Unruh. In a news conference last year, Unruh accused Spacey of plying her son with alcohol, and allegedly touching his genitals after they met at a Massachusetts restaurant.

Spacey will be arraigned at Nantucket District Court on Jan. 7.

The Netflix star’s monologue was his first public statement since he apologized on Twitter last year, after actor Anthony Rapp alleged that The Usual Suspects actor made unwanted advances decades earlier.

The three-minute clips shows Spacey referring to an “impeachment without a trial.”

“Of course, some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all. They’re just dying to have me declare that everything said is true and that I got what I deserved,” he says. “Wouldn’t that be easy if it was all so simple?  Only you and I both know it’s never that simple, not in politics, and not in life.”

“But you wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you?” he says. “Anyway, all this presumption made for such an unsatisfying ending. And to think it could’ve been such a memorable sendoff.”

Wearing a Christmas apron, Spacey appears to carve the turkey as he continues his speech.

“I can promise you this. If I didn’t pay the price for the things we both know I did do, I’m certainly not going to pay the price for the things I didn’t do,” he adds.

The 59-year-old actor also seemingly referenced House of Cards killing off his character, after he was fired last year amid the #MeToo movement.

“Despite all the poppycock, the animosity, the headlines, the impeachment without a trial, despite everything, despite even my own death, I feel surprisingly good,” he says. “And my confidence grows each day that soon enough you will know the full tru – well, wait a minute. Now that I think of it, you never actually saw me die, did you?”
