Kenya Moore isn’t ruling out a return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Moore — who gave birth to a daughter in November — made the surprising confession months after exiting the Bravo series.

“Never say never,” the 1993 Miss USA winner told PEOPLE  on Friday. “Hopefully things will be able to work out and viewers will be able to see me come full circle.”

Moore admitted that her heart was “broken” about missing Season 11 of RHOA, but she ultimately realized that her departure was for the best.

“It broke my heart, but with all the stress I went through with this baby, I don’t know how I could have done it,” the new mom explained.

She added: “Even now, breastfeeding every three hours, changing diapers, being up at all hours — I just don’t think I could have been present.”

Moore also revealed that she maintains close relationships with most of her former castmates. Kandi Burruss and Cynthia Bailey have met her baby — named Brooklyn Doris Daly — while Shereé Whitfield gifted her with a congratulatory ring.

“Shereé gave me a ring to say congratulations,” Moore revealed about her former nemesis. “I thought that was very big of her.”

In October, Moore officially announced her exit from the reality series.

“I have decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama-free environment,” she told Us Weekly.

She continued: “I thank Bravo for this amazing platform that has allowed me to grow, flourish and appreciate the value of what is truly important in life.”

Season 11 of RHOA is currently airing on Bravo.
