Kim Porter, a model and actress who shared three children with hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, was found dead Thursday at her home in Toluca Lake, Calif., according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. She was 47.
Porter was “discovered unresponsive” in her home located in the 10300 block of Woodbridge
Street in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, the coroner’s office said in a statement.
A representative for Combs also released a statement about her death.
“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time,” the rep said in a statement to the media.
The cause of death has not yet been determined and an autopsy is pending, the coroner’s office said.
Porter and Combs dated on and off from 1994 until 2007.
Their three children are 20-year-old son Christian Casey and twin 11-year-old daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James. Porter was also mom to son Quincy Brown, 27, from a previous relationship with singer Al B. Sure.
