Kenya Moore and Sheree Whitfield are finally setting the record straight about their departures from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Following months of speculation, Moore and Whitfield both released statements Monday confirming they won’t return for season 11.

Moore, who is expecting her first child with husband Marc Daly, told Us Weekly: “I have decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama-free environment. I thank Bravo for this amazing platform that has allowed me to grow, flourish and appreciate the value of what is truly important in life.”

The 1993 Miss USA winner also teased that a new project is in the works, adding: “To #TeamTwirl: Thank you for your loving and relentless support — you will see me soon!”

Whitfield revealed plans to focus on family and business matters, saying: “I’m in a new chapter in my life and I’ve decided not to return to RHOA so that I can focus on myself and my businesses, spend more time with my family and explore new endeavors. As promised, please stay tuned for She by Shereé to launch; we’ll be accepting pre-orders soon! I wish all the ladies the best!”

News of the ladies’ exits came shortly after Bravo dropped the trailer for season 11.

The dramatic footage featured longtime cast members NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, and Kandi Burruss, and two newcomers, Shamari DeVoe, and Eva Marcille.

Devoe was a member of the R&B group Blaque, which scored hits like 808 and Bring It All To Me. The singer is also married to New Edition star, Ronnie DeVoe, and they have twin boys together.

Marcille, the season 3 winner of America’s Next Top Model, was recently promoted from guest star to full-time cast-member. The new season will focus on her upcoming marriage to Atlanta-based attorney Michael Sterling.
