Chris Tucker is apparently having more tax troubles after making California’s new list of the top 500 delinquent taxpayers.

The state says the comedian – listed as Christopher Tucker – owes $1.2 million in personal taxes.

The 46-year-old Rush Hour star has run into tax problems before.

In 2014, he settled with the IRS for $2.5 million, after the agency placed a lien against him in Georgia over unpaid taxes. He blamed the problem on “poor accounting and business management.”

Tucker later joked about the IRS drama in his stand-up special, Chris Tucker: Live, which debuted on Netflix in 2015.

The comedian’s publicist did not respond to a request for comment about his problems with the California Franchise Tax Board.

Tucker isn’t the only familiar name on the list of delinquent taxpayers.

Reality star Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, owe $282,654.92, and Macy Gray (listed under her name Natalie Hinds) owes $240,990.74 to the state.

Still, their tax debts pale in comparison to real estate developer James P Baldwin and his wife Nancy, who topped the list with a staggering $266,441,805.87 in unpaid taxes.

The Franchise Tax Board is “required by law to post this information at least twice annually,” according to the agency’s website. Once delinquent taxpayers settle with the state, their names are removed from the list.
